2nd Chapter 10th Sloka

तमुवाच हृषीकेशः प्रहसन्निव भारत ।
सेनयोरुभयोर्मध्ये विषीदन्तमिदं वचः ॥२.१०॥

tamuvāca hṛṣīkeśaḥ prahasanniva bhārata |
senayorubhayormadhye viṣīdantamidaṃ vacaḥ ||2.10||

तम् 2/1 उवाच III/1 हृषीकेशः 1/1 प्रहसन् 1/1 इव 0 भारत 8/1
सेनयोः 6/2 उभयोः 6/2 मध्ये 7/1 विषीदन्तम् 2/1 इदम् 2/1 वचः 2/1 ॥२.१०॥

·         तम् [tam] = to that [Arjuna] = तद् (pron. m.) + कर्मणि to उवाच 2/1
·         उवाच [uvāca] = said = वच् (2P) to say + लिट्/कर्तरि/III/1
·         हृषीकेशः [hṛṣīkeśaḥ] = lord of senses (Kṛṣṇa) = हृषीकेश (m.) + कर्तरि to उवाच 1/1
o   हृषीकणाम् (of senses) ईशः (lord) हृषीकेशः । षष्ठीतत्पुरुषसमासः
·         प्रहसन् [prahasan] = laughing = प्रहसत् (m.) + adj. to हृषीकेशः 1/1
o   प्र + हस्  (1P) to smile + शतृँ (one who is doing)
= प्रहसत् (one who is laughing)
·         इव [iva] = as though = अव्ययम्
·         भारत [bhārata] = O! Descendant of Bharata! = भारत (m.) + सम्बोधने 1/1
·         सेनयोः [senayoḥ] = of the two army = सेना (f.) + सम्बन्धे to मध्ये 6/2
·         उभयोः [ubhayoḥ] = of both = उभा (pron. f.) + adj. to सेनयोः 6/2
·         मध्ये [madhye] = in the middle = अव्ययम्
o   This word takes 6th case.
·         विषीदन्तम् [viṣīdantam] = one who is despair = विषीदत् (m.) + adj. to [अर्जुन] 2/1
o   वि + सद्  (1P) to be despar + शतृँ (one who is doing)
= विषीदत् (one who is being despair)
·         इदम्  [idam] = this = इदम्  (pron. n.) + adj. to वचः 2/1
·         वचः [vacaḥ] = word = वचस्  (n.) + कर्मणि to उवाच 2/1


Sentence:
भारत 8/1 उभयोः 6/2 सेनयोः 6/2 मध्ये 7/1 हृषीकेशः 1/1 प्रहसन् 1/1 इव 0 तम् 2/1 विषीदन्तम् 2/1 इदम् 2/1 वचः 2/1 उवाच III/1 ॥२.१०॥

O! Descendant of Bharata (भारत 8/1)! In the middle (मध्ये 7/1) of both (उभयोः 6/2) armies (सेनयोः 6/2), Kṛṣṇa (हृषीकेशः 1/1), smiling (प्रहसन् 1/1 इव 0), told (उवाच III/1) that [Arjuna] (तम् 2/1) who is despair (विषीदन्तम् 2/1) this (इदम् 2/1) word (वचः 2/1).
